First, can I get you to double-check that you’re logged into the site. When you’re logged in, you’ll see your username at the top right of your screen (next to help and logout).
If you’re logged in, you can find your lesson two ways:
1. Click on the ‘My MindBites’ tab and look in your ‘Library’—this will show all the lessons you’ve purchased and is a handy way to navigate to anything you’ve purchased
2. Go directly to the lesson page. You should have received the lesson page URL in a confirmation email from us (sent to the email address associated with your account). You can click on that (making sure you’re logged in), or you can navigate to the lesson page via search. If you’ve purchased the lesson using the account you’re logged into, you’ll be able to watch the full lesson on the lesson page.
