We are absolutely thrilled that you are here and we are looking forward to what you have to share in the MindBites community. But, like in any community, we do have a few rules that you must follow in order to play. We dislike long rules and guideline pages as much anyone else, but rest assured that these are not rules for the sake of having rules; they are in place to make the community better for everyone involved.
So give them a quick glance and then head on over to the forums, where the real fun is happening!
How to Report a Problem or Get Help
If you come across any violations to these guidelines or have any issues navigating the site, do not hesitate to let us know by using the “report” link at the top right of each post. We will be happy to address your concerns.
Don’t Attack One Another!
Don’t attack others. Personal attacks, including accusations of wrongdoing, are not allowed in the public areas of the forums, even if they are well intentioned (i.e., to “warn others”).
Only One Account Per Person, Please
We only allow one account per person. If you lose access to your account please contact MindBites for assistance.
Keep Your Posts Clean
Forum posts that contain explicit, obscene, or vulgar language will be removed. Similarly, forum posts that solicit or offer explicit images will be deleted without notice.
Be Courteous: Avoid Duplicate Posts
Do not post the same discussion more than once on a discussion forum. Duplicate discussions can be frustrating for other members; therefore duplicate discussions will be deleted.
Advertising
When including a link in your post (either to your own site or one you are not affiliated with) the link must be relevant and add value to the forum’s discussion. Anything that MindBites interprets as link spam will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to remove the link or post immediately.
We Reserve the Right to Remove Any Post
MindBites reserves the right to remove a post that does not relate to the topic being discussed in the forum. In addition, MindBites reserves the right to organize discussion forums in order to best serve the majority of our members. We also reserve the right to remove your forum privileges should you violate these guidelines.
Follow these few guidelines and have fun. Once again welcome to the MindBites community!
