Introducing Rob Tisinai - Instructional Design Expert

It is my pleasure to introduce Rob Tisinai as the MindBites Instructional Design Expert. For those of you not familiar with the field of instructional design, Wikipedia defines it as “the practice of arranging media to help learners and teachers transfer knowledge most effectively.” Thus Rob is a perfect resource for our community as authors strive to learn how to best share what they have to teach. Educated at Penn State and Stanford, Rob brings a wealth of experience with him, including working with USC to convert many of their courses to online delivery and serving as the Creative Director of Instructional Design for Quisic, an early online distance learning company. For MindBites, Rob will be acting as a community resource, helping teach all of us how to create the best instructional materials we can. Expect to see future posts from Rob sharing his thoughts and insights as well as reviewing some of your actual lessons. Welcome Rob!
