Problems with Vista and AVI format

After I finished filming (in AVI format with a Flip camera), I had no problem saving the files to my Vista computer… But, I could only open them as audio only files and not audio/video files (in pretty much every program i tried). Any thoughts |

I found a link on this Windows forum where I could find a Vista Codec Package that fixed this problem for me when I ran into the same thing a while back… You may want to find a MS version of this package if you can (I just downloaded this one since I’d found it referenced and vouched for so many different places online), but the problem you’re having is likely a codec problem: |
