Just watching this video made me crave that refreshing, flavorful taste of good salsa. My mom and I always used to try to make it but somehow always failed to get that distinctive flavor. I'm so excited to have Maudie's secrets for my personal pleasure!

The video looked great and the food looked delicious. The split screen that showed the food preperation while Joe was talking was very effective. My one complaint is the audio in the pico de gallo section; it sounds like one of the mics was turned off and it's sometimes hard to hear Joe over the background noise. All the information is there though, so don't let that stop you from learning these great recipes. Overall, excellent lesson.

In this video, Joe's the owner of Maudie's Mexican food restaurant shares his secret recipes for making their pico de gallo, a pineapple pico, and salsa. The recipes are easy to follow, the results look delicious and the proceeds go to benefit Caritas of Austin. Really nice lesson!!!
Room for improvement? Only potential feedback was that the background noise of the restaurant was a little loud at time, but such is the curse of having a successful restaurant I guess.
