Audrea, a nationally certified massage therapist, takes you through the motions of giving some lucky individual a thoroughly satisfying and utterly soothing neck and shoulder massage. The techniques are simple and clear allowing for almost anyone to rub and knead like a pro.
This lesson focuses primarily on relieving tension in the neck and shoulder area through both a frontal and back massage. Audrea goes over the usages of warm pads, essential oils, and meditation music.

The techniques outlined in this video are awesome. I really appreciate being able to see how to do these more advanced techniques that are foreign to us more casual massagers. Hopefully this should help make a meaningful treat on Valentine's Day for my girl friend without breaking the bank.
This video was really soothing as well. Worth holding on to I was relaxed and got goosebumps just watching it. Then again, I'm a huge sucker for a massage so your mileage may vary. Great video!

This lesson provided quite a few massage techniques that I've never seen. I haven't been able to try them out yet, but the woman on the table seemed to be feeling the calming effects. This instructional includes information about do-it-yourself massage gear that I think is wonderful and Audrea gives great advice about how untrained, unprofessional masseurs, such as myself, can get positive results with little training.
There was some music in the background, a calming ocean track perhaps, that I could barley make out. I actually wished it was a little louder for it would then add to the overall calming nature of the lesson.
My biggest criticism is that I had troubles seeing some of the intricate hand motions Audrea was performing due to the the highly compressed, somewhat pixelated version I watched in my browser. Hopefully the quality is higher for the downloadable version.
