Derek teaches you how to use the lat pulldown to work out those shoulders and lats to get the perfect sculpted back. Sculpting your back and lats helps to make your waist appear smaller. Derek shows you how to adjust the machine and properly do the exercise, leaning back and pulling the bar in to your clavical. Make sure that you are squeezing your shoulder blades together. He also discusses the importance of controlling the relseas for negative eccentric contraction, which really maximizes the exercise.
