In this lesson, Derek Duke Noble goes one-on-one with the fitness guru of the decade, Bill Philips. Bill is the creator of EAS and the author of 'Body for Life.' EAS came about while he was focused on coming up with ways to help people eat right. It's a health food company that helps people by providing supplements, information and support via their products (in addition to smart exercise and consistency). The formula with EAS is a 12-week plan because Bill firmly believes that habits begin to stick before the end of the 12 weeks - they are fully incorporated into one's lifestyle by that point.

Bill Philips also discusses what he typically eats for a meal, how much water he suggests that people should drink, how often people should be encouraged to 'cheat' on their diet, etc.

Derek Duke Noble (www.bodynoble.com), the host and creator of Urban Fitness TV (www.urbanfitnesstv.com), is a world-renowned celebrity lifestyle and fitness guru.
