I'm a recently licensed hairstylist and I find your mindbite to be extremely informative and helpful. Kelley

Coming from a person who routinely straightened their hair even before watching the video, I definitely learned something. I echo the desire to see the same type of video where someone is straightening their own hair (versus someone else's). Also, if you're hair isn't super curly, would product selection vary?

This was very helpful, but it would have been nice to also get some product recommendations (i.e., iron and shine spray brands). I have thick curly hair and am constantly searching for reviews on the best flat iron and products, so this type of information would have made this session even better.

This was good if you don't want your hair to get fried. It also teaches you how to make your hair looking smooth using products and other techniques.

Loved the creative beginning. I think she needs to tell what type of shine spray she uses; people will want to know- that stuff apparently works miracles!

I especially liked her tips for how to avoid bends and what products to use for the best results. I'd love to see a video of someone straightening their own hair!

Saris great job! 06/04/2007 ~ Saris

I think this is a great topic for the many women out there looking to style their hair differently-would love to see one on curling hair (latest hollywood starlet style :)). I thought it was great how Crystal did a quick recap at the end of what we should take away overall from the lesson and what products to use. Anything to put on hair before starting the process????

Alicia rated 5 out of 5 Very nice! 05/06/2007 ~ Alicia

I have very curly hair and I've had quite a bit of experience in my life with trying to straighten it out. Never, though, have I actually had a chance to learn how they get it so smooth in the salon, and this lesson reveals all the tricks. I've gained great knowedge from this video.

I like the way it's put together as well. The little intro at the beginning is nice and the music choice is fun. Good stuff!
