In this lesson, Ainsley Robinson, a freestyle/Greco-Roman wrestler, talks about wrestling. Wrestling is a very intense individual sport that works virtually every muscle in your body. Wrestling was one of the first Olympic sports. This lesson also features Jake Ledoux talking about the sport of wrestling. He talks about the challenges of wrestling with your opponent. There are two types wrestling.
In Freestyle Wrestling, you can touch your opponents legs and upper torso. In Greco -Roman Wrestling, you can't touch your opponent below their waist.
