Depending on your height and weight, you can burn 200 to 300 calories in 30 minutes by climbing stairs. When climbing stiars, Derek reminds you to maintian good posture, with your chest up and your stomach tight. He shows you a stair workout for all levels-beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Derek wil also show you how to protect your knees on the way down by using a weaving technique.
