We take to the field for a game of “Ultimate Frisbee.” Ultimate is a relatively new spin on Football. It started at a high school in NJ as an athletic way to get in shape that was different than the standard sports that 'jocks' were playing. It is a non-contact sport. It's played 7 on 7 on a football shaped field, and it's like a big game of keepaway where you must turn the frisbee over in the event that you drop it. Each player plays both quarterback and receiver as the person who catches the frisbee is the next to throw it. It has elements of soccer and football and basketball. You aren't allowed to run with the frisbee, and you must catch it in the end zone to score.
The sport is generally played co-ed and is a fantastic way to get an all-over workout and achieve any fitness goals you have. It's a great cardio and aerobic exercise as well as being a good workout for legs and core and a good source of stress relief. Height and jumping ability are advantages but certainly not requirements to play.

After working with an extensive list of high performance athletes, high fashion models and actors who have little time to work out, but still have to look as if they live at the gym, I created the ‘focus touch’ visualization technique that can boost the effectiveness of any exercise. This technique is part of the Body Noble Method, which is a safe,...
