Eric Kafka, an artistic gymnast, talks about the basic of gymnastics. Eric is currently on Canada's Senior National Gymnastics Team. He trains 6 days a week for 30 hours.
Gymnasts do a lot of conditioning and strength training to build and maintain musculature in their arms, shoulders, biceps and core. The rings are the most stunning event in gymnastics from the perspective of stength.
