From oxygenated gyms to oxygen injected designer water, catching some extra “O” has become very fashionable. So is this just a trend or is there some merit behind the claims?
Lisa Charron, Co-Founder, 02 Spa Bar talks about the benefits of using the Oxygen Bar. The best way to oxygeniate the body is the respatoriy system. There are also liquid oxygen drops. Oxygen therapy is is the administration of oxygen as a therapeutic modality and helps with breathing, allergies, energy, illnesses, sinus problems, asthma, and more. Oxygen therapy benefits the patient by increasing the supply of oxygen to the lungs and thereby increasing the availability of oxygen to the body tissues. Appropriate levels of oxygen are vital to support cell respiration. High blood and tissue levels of oxygen can be helpful or damaging, depending on circumstances.
