Body building is a very exciting profession involving lots of traveling and meeting people around the world. It obviously requires a ton of dedication and physical training. You have to picture of your body as art object to reach the ultimate physique. During competition, it becomes a full-time job. Athletes work out 4 hours a day, cook and eat only healthy and nutritional food, and must get plenty of sleep. It takes intense commitment to become a body builder.
