She discusses her personal training routine, which muscle groups she focuses on and the schedule she follows, as well as how she trains while injured. Alison notes that stunt performers need to focus on staying lean while maintaining strenght, in order to double for as many actors as possible. She also discusses how strength, fitness, and flexibility factor in to her stunt work, and help in preventing and healing from injuries. Alison talks about a learning curve for stunt performers, explaining that no amount of training in a certain sport or martial art will automatically look good on camera.
