In this lesson, Derek shows you all about the booming health, fitness and relaxation spa vacation business. Spas, in particular, have become increasingly popular as people feel that their body needs a vacation of sorts from every day life, too. They offer relaxation and de-stressing as well as an enjoyable experience and atmosphere.
Most spas offer an assortment of active and semi-active sports in addition to spa services (aromatherapy, yoga, aquacize, etc). Many also have in-room amenities that are appealing to vacationers.

Derek Duke Noble (www.bodynoble.com), the host and creator of Urban Fitness TV (www.urbanfitnesstv.com), is a world-renowned celebrity lifestyle and fitness guru.
