This instructional provides quick and easy ways for one to change his/her own tire without having to cart it to the repair shop. With a few basic tools, and the knowledge to be attained from this lesson, absolutely anyone will be able to fix their bike's flat and be out on the road, tearing it up again, in no time.

While James could stand to speak up a bit this lesson really helped. I've tried to change quite a few tires and it was always a fairly frustrating process. I've pinched tubes, bent valves, and probably anything else you can think of. From now on I expect my tire changing sessions to go much, much smoother!
Also, a little tip I learned online. You can usually use a strong spoon instead of that special tool he had to get your tire off. Not as easily I'm sure but free!

The instructor needs to speak up more - it was hard to hear what he was saying, especially in the beginning. But otherwise a nice video.

I love learning how to take care of these types of things on my own. Makes me feel like I'm a bike guru even though I own a yellow cruiser ;p
Nothing fancy. And a hand-me-down at that!Production Notes: Lighting is a little dark. The two cameras have different color contrast so editing between them is a little distracting. Great audio! And wonderfully informative.
