So you've been training for the upcoming race: you've downed your protein shakes, run from here to Timbuktu, and swam circles round the young kids at your local pool. Well, now it's time for a bit of strategy.

If you have never competed in a triathlon, this is a good introduction for what to expect in the transition area.

Bjr rated 4 out of 5 Great overview 06/06/2007 ~ BJR

The transition overview was a good one for beginners - even though I've done a triathlon before, I picked up a couple of good tips.

I would have loved to see some film of a transition "in action" to complete the training, but the explanations were crystal clear.
