We continue to increase your chord and voicings repertoire, this time concentrating on using your thumbs.
I show you a neat trick to produce great sounding voicings using the thumbs of both your left and right hand. It's a quick and simple way to produce perfect jazz piano voicings.
About Barnaby...
Barnaby Dickinson is generally considered to be one of the best trombonists in Europe and is certainly one of the most in-demand freelance musicians on the scene. His skill as a performer, arranger, composer and producer has kept him working constantly - his CV of collaborations, which read like a Who’s Who of pop and jazz luminaries, shows just how highly regarded he is, including work with the likes of Quincy Jones, Kenny Wheeler, Sting, Kylie Minogue, The Supremes, Jamie Cullum, Michael Buble, Mica Paris, Elton John, Tony Bennett, Diana Krall, and Dave Holland.
He has also performed with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Ballet, BBC Big Band, and the Kenny Wheeler Big Band. Aside from being an extremely skilled player, he is a highly charismatic performer, whose joy and enthusiasm for playing make his concerts infectious and hugely enjoyable.
