Da nur wenige Werkzeuge (Falzbein, Cutter, Schere, Zwingen) und keine Maschinen (außer der Schneidemaschine bzw. Pappschere) benötigt werden, kann diese schöne Buchbindetechnik auch von Laien ausgeführt werden.

I have followed Peter for yrs on youtube and have always been blown away at his work. This tutorial is yet another example of Peter at his finest! This is a long tutorial but very detailed. I had to rewind a couple of times at the cover part where he was using the putty to attach the boards. But I was quickly able to make sense of things. I will be first in line to purchase a cd/dvd of tutorials of work from your gallery Peter. So get on that would ya? ^^

A great video and a great book, the FALZBUCH. I mean, this book cannot be made in one hour, it is a challenging and intelligent work, but Peter Baumgartner shows us step by step how to make it, nothing is cloudy or fuzzy, we can look over his shoulder, we get an impression of his regardful and slowly working attitude. After some hours my first FALZBUCH was ready, a wonderfulful, awesome book and right on cue someone came in my studio who must have this book.
