Raise the Bar uses a mini-body bar that measures 2 feet long and weighs 4 lbs to add upper body challenge (and sometimes a little help!) to your Pilates workout. The bar can assist with some of the abdominal exercises, but don’t be fooled – it will challenge you on others! The workout begins with a standing arm sequence, progresses to Pilates mat exercises to tone the abdominals, butt and legs and then ends with another standing arm sequence.
