The stability ball is a great way to build core strength – and have fun in the process! This stability ball workout is GREAT for those new to ball exercises, while still providing a total body workout. The workout begins with easy exercises to help adjust to the instability of the ball and progresses to challenging plank work later. “Get on the Ball!” finishes with a standing sequence for a full-body toning workout.
