I took my passion and enthusiasm for wine and food and made it into my dream job. I have first hand experience with every vintage since 1978, and can still describe memorable wines I drank twenty years ago. I'm not a wine snob or a wine geek though. I sometimes describe myself as a wine professional, but really prefer it when someone calls me their "wine guy". Thats who I am, and I love to share that passion with anyone interested.

I walked passed a wine tasting event a few weeks back. It looked cool but I was unsure of how to proceed and ended up not going in. This lesson was very helpful and accessible. It covers the basics, some lingo, and etiquette. Thanks for sharing and happy tasting everybody.
