Chair Yoga

This is what I've been waiting for - you can still work at the office and not be too busy to do chair yoga. Since I sit in front of a computer all day I have bad posture and at the end of the day I don't feel like doing anything productive. Donna's Chair Yoga is the answer! I did this today and I still felt alive after leaving work! Bad posture is such an inhibitor to your health. Breathing right and paying attention to your back is a must and Chair Yoga is what will get you there.
