This lesson demonstrates three Qigong movements that are done standing with a rocking motion. These movements are excellent for improving balance, strengthening arches and ankles, and moving "qi" or the vital life force throughout the body. This lesson is presented by Donna Belk, a Qigong and Yoga instructor.
