I probably wouldn't have watched this lesson if it hadn't been a part of the series but I'm glad it was included. I'm just an amateur hobbyist and don't really play in any competitive tournaments or anything. I do like to improve my game though and this lesson showed me some of the mental strategies to improve my game.
For the aspiring competitive player or someone who is probably more technically skilled and still trying to improve this lesson would probably go a lot farther for them. It helped me and gave me some things to consider on the course but not everyone buys into the "mental game" so whatever floats your boat I guess.
The following video clips are included in this lesson:
01 - Mental Game Introduction to Effective Practice
02 - Mental Game 4 Mental Quadrants
03 - Mental Game 2 Forms of Practice
04 - Mental Game Practice Drill Breathe Through Your Heart

06 - Mental Game Practice Drill Just 9
07 - Mental Game Practice Drill Make Your Course Longer
