I took my passion and enthusiasm for wine and food and made it into my dream job. I have first hand experience with every vintage since 1978, and can still describe memorable wines I drank twenty years ago. I'm not a wine snob or a wine geek though. I sometimes describe myself as a wine professional, but really prefer it when someone calls me their "wine guy". Thats who I am, and I love to share that passion with anyone interested.

I can't say that I've ever been to a fancy French restaurant, but with Rob's help I think I could fake my way through a dinner. He covers a lot of information so you might have to watch it a few times to soak it all up, but if you do you'll be set from appetizers to desserts. Rob was great as usual; watch this along with his wine video and you'll be ready for an evening to remember. I thought some of the editing was a little jarring at times, but overall this is a great lesson.
