Henna is a rich form of body art that is temporary unlike conventional tattooing. In this lesson Meg, a professional Henna artist, will go over the Henna basics to get you started. She will cover supplies and where to get them, as well as the application itself and some important tips.

Please be careful when buying your Henna and make sure to get the all-natural plant product. Some products, sold as "black henna", are actually just hair dye or worse and can be detrimental to your health.

I'm a happy mother of lovely newborn girl.

Thanks for taking the time to visit! If you are interested in some of the many services I offer, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I started Sela Design in 2002 offering graphic design and henna tattoos. Since then I have branched out into web design and custom apparel/art. I also have henna kits for sale since I have found the perfect blend of dark staining henna paste! Other interests are painting, drawing, ceramics, music and taking care of my beautiful daughter Lake.

This is awesome. Not yet a tattoo but so close and so much cooler. I didn't realize how accessible henna was to beginners and without needing any type of certification like piercing or tattoo artists. I can totally use this for birthday parties and any holiday celebration to keep the family entertained.
