The other side is harder to reach. I have a 98 civic though but it seems to be the same setup. There's a thing with a red cap blocking my hands from a good grip. Can u help?

Brittanie, thank you so much! Luckily for you, the boys over at your O'Reilley were nice enough to help. At mine, they told me I had to pull off the entire headlight case (wrong!). After a quick youtube search, I found your video and opted to buy the whole video at MindBites. Thanks to your video, I spent $10 and some change in total ($8.99 plus tax for the bulb, and $0.99 for your video), and most importantly, it only took a few minutes to replace the old bulb.

Thanks again!

In case you haven't noticed, owner's manuals stink. This is a great case in point. Brittanie needs to replace the halogen headlights in her 94 Civic. For this routine but not all that straightforward procedure for the novice, Honda elects to give you a single diagram to go by. Thus Brittanie was forced to do research online and get help from an auto parts store to figure out how to do it. In this short but useful video, she succinctly passes on what she learned to you in a fraction of the time. I hope that the community adds a lot more videos in this vein, not only for cars, but for all sorts of products.
