I learned this recipe from my Grandma many years ago. In Southern European culture Tarragon is well known and frequently used. In the Lentil Cream Soup I combined Tarragon with other natural spices to create a unique, fine harmonious taste. Hearty, fulfilling low carb meal all from natural ingredients, rich in fibers. I top it off with beef franks, but you can use any other kind of sausage for a quick upgrade to a healthy full meal.
