Thank you so much David for making this dvd. It is exactly what I wanted. I just finished doing it this morning and I sweated bullets, and feel great.

The dvd starts with a contemporary dance standing warm-up to African drums.
The second section is a smooth vinyasa which is sun salutation A repeated several times.
The 3rd section is Sun salutation B with some variations and a few standing poses. Nothing too hard but you get a very good sweat as the pace is moderate
The 4th section is the hardest. It involves side plank, variations on wild thing. I suggest that you watch it a couple of times as I got lost half way thru it.

The next section is a modern dance seated stretch with contractions and releases. This is done to drums also. Very nice.
The last section is a lyrical stretch of wide legged and a simple hip stretch to piano music. Very elegant and soothing.

All done in voice over with David's soothing lyrical British voice. (I'm American with a New York accent lol) So glad I bought this and I am going to do it again and again. Buying the Ballet yoga fusion next. Get it now!
