I did this dvd this morning and I loved it. It has a moderate level of difficulty especially the ballet contemporary dance section. I will certainly enjoy doing it over and over again. I added the floor stretch from the contemporary yoga dvd and then switched back to the relaxation section of this dvd.

David, I have a request for your next dvd. A contemporary dance workout dvd. The market is crying out for this. Well at least me anyway. Thank you
