A step-by-step process for releasing the emotional conflicts that come up in your relationships and other situations in your life that lead to conflict, misunderstandings, and cause separation. This process shows you how to get to the heart of what is causing you to be triggered, and how to regain your center.
IN THE SECOND SEGMENT of this series, NLP & TimeLine Master Practitioner Jane Ilene Cohen takes a participant through the entire process, beginning with where she left off in the introductory segment. She explains the process in the context of a conflict the participant has brought with her, which is: "My boyfriend/boss screams at me for no reason."
This segment also begins the process with another participant whose conflict is: "My wife talks to me like I'm a child."
In the 5th Part of this series, you’ll receive a pdf. guide that you can print out.
