This lesson teaches you how to create useful formulas in Microsoft Excel that will let you easily change and calculate data for analysis. The power of formulas is that they automatically adjust if a change is made in one of the cells to which the formula refers. Learn the Sum formula, and a quick shortcut located in the toolbar, the Autosum. Also, learn that the result of the formula appears in the cell, but that you can view and change the actual formula in the formula bar. You will also learn how to easily copy the formula to adjacent cells using the fill handle.
