This lesson is part of the series: Photographic Critique - Film & Digital
In this lesson you will learn all about how to take the best action shot. To take great action photos, you have to understand how to use a tripod, shooting with a quick shutter speed, panning, and zoom. You will learn all the tools you need to take great travel photography as well as taking photos outdoors of wildlife.
To be successful, a photographer must learn how to properly critique photography in order to improve their image-making capabilities. This lesson is excerpted from the DVD, Learn to Critique Photography, which is an excellent resource for those looking to learn how to critique photography, both their own and that of others. This is a segment cut from the DVD and includes chapters 8 and 9 (covering action photography and travel photography).

There are many tips online on how to take great pictures but there are few that cover how to take great travel photographs. This is a great lesson that covers photographic techniques specifically for adventure and travel pictures. This lesson covers shooting outdoors, using a fast shutter speed, composition and more. I learned a lot!
