Join us for ten minutes as we make rose-hip syrup, cider, home made preserves, prepare a pork roast and enjoy more autumn fruits here in France. This lesson is a nice overview of some easy home-made foods, such as cider and preserves. The recipes are not talked through, but shown set to music with instructions and tips written on the screen. If you don't have these fruits available in your area, you can use what is local.
