Treadmill Motor Replacement

With this video instructional, step-by-step, you will learn how to carefully and safely remove the outer parts to get to the treadmill motor. After replacing your treadmill with the new motor, Mark goes through the steps to realigning your treadmill, setting up the motor, and ensuring that everything is in working order. This lesson applies to the Star Trac Sport treadmill 3900 series and 4000 series.

Mark is very thorough. I am a service technitian and have seen people try to muscle off some of the pulley's. I have also seen people brake fins off the fan during repairs. Mark teaches in a very simple and easy to follow manner.
