I come from a family of cooks and of course share in their love of cooking. For me it’s an art form, crafted for family and friends delight and share in. I hope I can make an artist out of you.

Very delicious dish. The steps are simple and the final product is quite flavorful. I decided to substitute ground chicken for the beef and was very happy with the results. I also suspect that vegetarian renditions of this recipe would be equally as appetizing.

The video is a little long, but Anna talks of tips and tidbits throughout so you aren't just watching onions brown. Anyway if you don't feel like sitting through the whole lesson, you can always print out her easy to follow written recipe.
