This is a great mindbite. I have always wanted to know how to tie a necktie.

Quick instructions on how to tie three different knots, all with a view from the front and over the shoulder. The movements are performed slowly, so it is easy to see all of the steps, which is a big help.

For the most part this video does a good job of showing not telling, although I would really have liked to see examples during the section about tie color and eye color and during some of the other "talking head" section that fills the latter portion of the video. Lots of good stuff about caring for your ties here, things I would like to know about that aren't covered much would be how to pick ties in the store, if certain knots go better with certain kinds of suits or cuts and how to pack ties for travel.

I didn't actually realize this video included more than the knots when I bought it, so the added info felt like a bonus, but I definitely found myself asking more questions than were resolved. As for the tying of the knot section, this is the best example of how to execute these knots I've ever seen.
