Your teacher for this lesson is Leslie Buck, an advanced instructor in the Pekiti Tirsia Kali system of Filipino martial arts. I think it's really important to be prepared for anything. This lesson teaches you some good ways to stay safe and prepare for a dangerous situation. The more you practice before, the more instinctive it will be.

Clear explanation and demonstration of some self-defense techniques. You can tell Leslie has experience as an instructor by the quality of his explanations. It isn't pleasant to think about being attacked, but this vid helps just in case.

Good video, but thought the intro about the type of knives, etc., was a little long. Liked the music, intro titles, and practical advice.
