Very important: Do not let cold season get you down. Netti pots are the best piece of advice I could share with you and if you want to learn how to use one please watch one of my videos. I demonstrate this in every video because it is so important to me. Stay healthy and happy this season!

Streamlined natural care 10/21/2008

I’m not a big fan of pills and chemicals to get my body on track. In fact, I take a natural route when keeping my body in shape and healthy so as to avoid sicknesses. This lesson in preventative healthcare took me to the next level of detecting and preventing increased levels of attacks on my immune system. So I win two fold: first with not getting sick and second by not having to waste cash on a doctor except when absolutely needed.
