This workout is great for maximizing what little time many people have for exercising. Having access to a certified trainer without the huge costs is great!

Great information on a routine that can be done quickly and produces real results. I was able to put information I learned here to work immediately because it was presented in an really accessible way.
Thanks Josh!

I thought this video was well done- just the right length and very interesting.
There were a few thoughts that I had while watching the video:
Kettle Bell- Far away seemed to be the most effective when trying to figure out exactly how to do the exercise- definitely gives good perspective
Torso Twist- Best when you can see the whole body doing the exercise vs. the cable and the the machine anchor
Box Squats- Loved the mirror element- it looked awesome in the video and gave us two different perspectives in one shot
dips- great- this was shot at a perfect angle.
Because we are going to have a ton of fitness videos we should probably develop a list of "best practices" as to how to best film exercises "from the perspective of the viewer"
Great video! Love the unique exercises and the detailed demonstrations! 02/19/2007

Great workout! This is a really nice video if you want to try a new type of "freeweight oriented" 30 minute full body workout.
Content: Great! - As someone who is sick of doing the same exercises over and over at the gym, this is a nice, unique workout that can be done in a reasonable amount of time. All of the exercises strike me as good whole body exercises that will work my body in whole new ways.
Instruction: Very good. Josh, does a good job talking through each exercise in detail. And the multiple views of him doing each exercise was very instructive.
Production: Very nice overall, well produced, but there were a few areas that you guys could look at fixing or improving. Loved the multiple angles and demonstrations of each exercise -- very helpful. The text block on the left listing the exercises was a nice touch. I also like the voice over explanation as Josh performed the exercises. Very nice. I also successfully downloaded it to my iPod, so the format, etc. was good. A few areas to look back at though: 1. the cut in the middle of the listing of exercises was a little awkward. 2. the lettering in the left box could move to the left a bit. 3. The lighting was weird at the kettle bell rack. 4. The sound is a little bit off on the very last segment and one before (I think the intro to the dip, maybe?), and finally 5. The video is 640 x 480 (instead of 320x240) which made it a little large.
Great video overall! Can't wait to see the next one!
