Keep losing all your chips? Time to win!
Allow Nick to guide you through some key elements of Texas Hold 'em strategy. With more than four years of experience and over $2000 of total prize winnings in the last year, he can give you a great foundation upon which to build a winning style of play. In this lesson Nick covers important topics like noticing player types, understanding position, selecting which hands to play, raising before the flop, and making the right move in different situations.
In addition to giving you all of this poker knowledge, the Hold ‘em Pros will donate all of its proceeds to the Heart House of Austin. The Heart House is an after-school daycare program that helps underprivileged children. For more info, go to www.hearthouse.org.
Good luck!

The Hold 'em Pros consists of 4 intelligent and hard-working business students: Nick Favela, Catherine Johnson, Christine Pham, and Gilbert Zepeda.
Our very own Nick Favela is a seasoned Hold 'em Pro with valuable poker experience. The other three helped in the creation of the high quality and extremely effective Hold 'em video.
The Hold 'em Pros also cares a lot about Heart House, an after school day care program for underprivelaged children, which is why all of our proceeds from the video will be donated to them!

I think this was a very educational video for the players who are not beginners. It is definitely geared toward the player who knows the basics. I would be lost if I have never played. All in all, great job

Well done. Video will help a person who is just starting out with Texas Hold'em. It is perfect for the person that already has knowledge of the betting rules, but little table experience. It gives them a good idea of what to look for.
