The tutorial wasn't high tech but it certainly was worth $.99. The tutor is straight forward and doesn't make things unduly complex. I am a satisfied customer.

I am beginning to use a DMM to test the electrical systems on my
motorcycle, and have found I have some questions about how to use
one. This video has answered some of the questions, but not all of them. I will be looking for a video now that is specific to working
on automotive or motorcycle charging and ignition systems. -

This is the first time I tried using something like this, I thought it was great, and worth the 1.99, Its easier to retain information when someone is showing you, than reading it from a book.

- Electrifying Lesson!

This tutorial on Digital MultiMeters is actually really well done. David (the instructor) does a good job of keeping the info tight and to the point. The addition of title cards help tune the viewer in to what's going on and guides one through the lesson, pointing out the specifics which are being discussed.
It's definitely not a lesson for the lay-person, you have to know a bit about electrical wiring and Ohm's law to really grasp the material (though I don't know why a lay-person would want to know how to use a mulitmeter anyway!). Still, David gives a great overview of the tool and informs the viewer on differing functions between several makes and models and discusses what one should look for before buying a multi-meter.
