This video lesson is a great extension to the How To Sign With Your Baby video. If you want to teach your baby more ASL baby sign language, then this video is perfect.

In this lesson, you will learn over 30 family and motivational signs to teach your child. Each sign has its own chapter marker so it will be easy for you to review the specific signs you are looking for. You will learn what exactly 'motivational' signs are and how to incorporate using them in your daily routine.

Laura is the mother of one of the internet's most famous signing babies and the founder of www.mysmarthands.com, a company that teaches baby sign languages classes.

I'm so excited to start working with my son on these signs. He's already a toddler, but the clip of Laura's little girl signing family signs is too cute! I know these will be helpful in understanding him, too, since he's learning to speak and it isn't always clear what he's saying. The family signs will be helpful, but the motivational signs are a great idea. Of course, it makes sense to teach the signs for the objects he's interested in! Now...anyone know the sign for "Elmo"?
