the content was informative and presented in a professional manner however, the video footage was a bit grainy so the imagery was not as clear as I would have liked.

I'm just now learning to cook and am so glad to have learned how to use a knife safely and efficiently. I had no idea how to hold a knife and what motion to use for cutting. It's also helpful that this lesson demonstrates multiple vegetables, especially onions, which are normally difficult to work with.
