In his DO IT yourself treadmill repair instructional video, learn how to adjust the rear roller on treadmills from a professional! The treadmill shown in the video is a Life Fitness 5500HR, but this lesson is good for any treadmill with adjustment bolts in the rear of treadmill. Mark gives you several tips on how to check the leveling of your treadmill, adjusting the bolts in the rear of the treadmill, and how to stop your walking belt from slipping.
