This video was a bit grainy but the advice was excellent and easy to follow. I had no idea how to keep my treadmill in top condition and now I do. This was a bargain!

Thanks

Video is a bit grainy and amateurish but I like the down-to-earth no nonsense approach. This video gives you the basics of maintaining your treadmill. The knowledge gained is worth the purchase price.

Maintenance Free Belt

My Proform C500 manual states the machine has a maintenance free belt, but I've never been a big believer of any maintenance free claim. I assume I should use the parafin wax to lubricate the belt. The video was clear, concise and detailed. Well worth the $1.99. Thanks for taking the time to make it.
