How to Pick a diamond
Sheldon, a diamond expert, shows you how to pick the right diamond. He teaches you about the four 4 Cs (Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat).
- Carat: What is the difference between the weight and size of the stone? What does light in diamond mean?
- Color: How can you tell the difference between colorless and near colorless and what is the cause of yellow in the diamonds?
-Clarity: What is a flawless stone? What is the difference between very slightly included, slightly included, etc.? What is the SI category?
-Cut: What is the difference between the shape of the stone and the proportioning and ratio of the stone? How does light react to the stone? What makes a diamond a good cut?
Also, Sheldon gives you tips on how to pick the best diamond expert to help you choose the perfect diamond and how to read a diamond grading report.

Sheldon very clearly explains the 4c's (cut, color, clarity, carat) and other important aspects to keep in mind when buying a diamond. However, I really appreciate his discussion of who you are buying the diamond from-is it someone you can trust?-and the hidden costs built in. I would recommend anyone in the market for diamonds watch this, first!
